For items that are in stock and orders placed before 12pm, we can usually offer a next day delivery to most major capital cities (subject to courier timetables and delays). All freight is sent via TNT or Couriers Please (Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba). We suggest that where possible all items are delivered to an address where it can be signed for or received eg. Business or Work Address.

We do not send large Items to P.O. Boxes. Items up to 5Kg in cubic weight are acceptable.

Purchasing an item from Broadtech Services’ Online Store
To protect both parties (customer & Broadtech Services), our online store does not automatically process your order (credit card transaction) once you have submitted it to us. If you are a new customer we will firstly verify your details and contact you personally before proceeding with your order. Please note we do not keep on file your Credit Card or any other sensitive information.

Delivery and Dispatch
Upon dispatch of your goods from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a consignment number for your records and tracking.

Canceling an Order
Please contact us 07 3252 5011 to arrange cancellation of an order. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
If upon receiving your goods you find them to defective or faulty in any way, please ring Broadtech Services immediately on (07 3252 5011) or alternatively email support@broadtechservices.com.au . Returns will not accepted without a Return Authorisation number from Broadtech Services. We can only accept returns on computer software if the goods are defective or faulty in some way. Software that had it’s licence seal broken, and is not regarded as faulty, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please note for computer related hardware, return policies do vary. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

For all purchases within Australia, you will have up to 7 days from the original date of shipping to return faulty or damaged goods.
Please note a re-stocking fee of 15% may apply on items returned to Broadtech Services.

Warranty and servicing of all products is covered by the manufacturers’ warranty terms and conditions. Please consult your users guide and warranty card of your goods for further information.
